ATRF series diaphragm valve CPVC diaphragm valve commonly known as chlorinated polyvinyl chloride diaphragm valve, also known as CPVC plastic diaphragm valve, CPVC resin after chlorination, molecular bond irregularity increases, polarity increases, so that the solubility of the resin increases, chemical stability increases, thus improving the material heat resistance, acid, alkali, salt, oxidant and other corrosion.Therefore, CPVC is a new type of engineering plastics with broad application prospects.

●It is suitable for the transportation of corrosion medium and the adjustment of current closure and flow rate, according to different materials, the temperature is-14 ℃ ~ 100 ℃,-40 ℃ ~ 140 ℃.
●The over-current parts are assembled by CPVC injection molded parts, which have excellent corrosion resistance, convenient operation and light weight, and can replace stainless steel valves.
●The diaphragm of the seal is made of F46 or PFA, the folding times are more than 1200 times, and the corrosion resistance is equivalent to that of F4.
●The screw lifting structure is adopted, which has large opening and closing torque and good stationarity.
