The "ATE-L" series straight stroke electric actuators can be widely used for valve switching and regulating control in linear motion, such as gate valves, globe valves, regulating valves, etc. They are widely used in various industries such as petroleum, chemical, water treatment, shipbuilding, papermaking, power plants, heating, building automation, etc. It uses 380V/220V/110V AC power supply as the driving power supply, and switch quantity, analog quantity or digital quantity as the control signal, which can make the valve move to the desired position and achieve its automatic control. The range of thrust selection for the "ATE-L" series ranges from 3000 to 30000N, and can also be matched with corresponding valves through different brackets.
●Shell——The shell is made of hard aluminum alloy, treated with anodizing and uncoated with polyester powder, with strong corrosion resistance and protection levels of IP66, NEMA4 and 6, and available in IP68 and explosion-proof types.
●Electric Machine——Adopting a fully enclosed squirrel cage motor, it has the characteristics of small size, high torque, and low inertia force. The insulation level is F grade, with built-in overheat protection switch to prevent damage to the motor.
●Limit Switch——Electronic dual limit, adjustable travel, safe and reliable; The electronic limit switch is controlled by a cam mechanism, and a simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position. (Intelligent integrated product, no need for this function)
●Torque Switch——Overload protection can be provided (excluding ATE-20L/30L/50L/80L), which automatically disconnects the motor power supply in case of valve jamming or foreign objects, effectively protecting the valve and electric actuator from damage. (It has been set before leaving the factory, please do not change the settings arbitrarily)
●Self-locking——The precision worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit high torque, high efficiency, low noise (up to 50 decibels), long service life, and has self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation. The transmission part is stable and reliable, without the need for refueling.
●Mounting——The bottom installation size complies with the ISO5211 international standard. If the valve installation size does not match it, it will be designed separately.
●Intelligent Module——The control board adopts a high integration and low power consumption microcontroller mixed with analog circuits, and adopts a fully metal external installation to effectively isolate the heat source of the actuator motor from the control board, greatly improving the anti-interference performance and temperature resistance of software and hardware.
