I. Thermal Power Generation Field
Precise Regulation of the Steam System: In the steam cycle of thermal power generation, the high-temperature and high-pressure gate valves of AnyTorK are responsible for controlling the on-off of the main steam pipeline. These valves can withstand extremely high temperatures and pressures, ensuring the stable transportation and precise cut-off of steam during the start-up, normal operation, and shutdown of the unit. The steam traps of AnyTorK can keenly sense the difference between steam and condensate water, promptly remove the condensate water, prevent steam leakage, and ensure the full utilization of steam heat energy. At the same time, its special sealing structure and durable materials can adapt to the complex water quality conditions of the condensate water, effectively avoiding corrosion and blockage, ensuring the long-term stable operation of the condensate water recovery system, and reducing energy consumption and water resource waste.
Dose Control in Chemical Water Treatment: In the chemical water treatment process of thermal power generation, various chemical agents need to be precisely added. The metering pumps of AnyTorK and the supporting corrosion-resistant valves precisely control the injection amount of agents such as flocculants and scale inhibitors according to the water quality monitoring data. II. Hydropower Generation Field
Flow Regulation of the Turbine: In a hydropower station, the flow control of the turbine is directly related to the power generation capacity. The large butterfly valves of AnyTorK are installed on the penstock, and by flexibly adjusting the angle, the water volume entering the turbine can be precisely controlled. Safety Protection of the Tail Water System: The check valve in the tail water system is an important line of defense to prevent the backflow of water. When the turbine stops or there are sudden changes in working conditions, they can quickly close to prevent the backflow of tail water, protect the turbine and related equipment from the impact and damage of the reverse water flow, and maintain the safe operation of the hydropower generation system.
Reservoir Water Discharge and Water Level Regulation: The water discharge sluice valve of the reservoir dam is a key device for controlling the water level of the reservoir and flood discharge. The hydraulically driven gate valves of AnyTorK, with their strong driving force, can reliably realize the opening and closing operations of large-diameter valves in harsh outdoor environments. By linking with the automated monitoring system, according to factors such as the water level of the reservoir and the water demand downstream, the water discharge flow rate can be precisely controlled to ensure that the water level of the reservoir is within a safe and reasonable range, taking into account multiple functions such as flood control, irrigation, and power generation.
III. Auxiliary Links of the Power System
Flow Distribution of the Cooling System: Whether it is thermal power generation or hydropower generation, the cooling system is of great importance. The flow distribution valves of AnyTorK can intelligently adjust the flow direction and flow rate of the cooling water according to the heat dissipation requirements of each cooling device. In the cooling system of a large transformer, it ensures the uniform distribution of the cooling medium, effectively takes away the heat generated during the operation of the transformer, maintains the normal operating temperature of the transformer, and improves the operation reliability and service life of the power equipment.
Pressure Control of Gas-insulated Equipment: In the gas-insulated equipment (such as GIS) of a substation, the pressure regulating valves of AnyTorK are responsible for controlling the pressure of the insulating gas (such as SF6).
