I. Pulping Stage
Precise Delivery of Cooking Liquor: In the pulp cooking process, it is necessary to accurately inject the cooking liquor in a specific proportion into the digester. The metering pumps of AnyTorK and their supporting corrosion-resistant globe valves can precisely control the flow rates of cooking liquors such as sodium hydroxide and sodium sulfide according to the requirements of the pulping process. Through the automated control system, the valve opening is dynamically adjusted in real time according to the temperature, pressure and raw material conditions inside the digester, ensuring the stable and accurate injection of the cooking liquor, guaranteeing the consistency of the cooking effect, improving the pulp quality, and at the same time avoiding the waste of raw materials and quality fluctuations caused by excessive or insufficient cooking liquor.
Key Control of the Black Liquor Treatment System: The black liquor after cooking contains a large amount of organic matter and alkali, and its recovery and treatment are of great importance. The gate valves of AnyTorK are installed on the black liquor transportation pipeline and are responsible for cutting off and conducting the black liquor flow path. They have good corrosion resistance and sealing performance and can work stably in an environment of high-temperature and high-concentration black liquor. During the evaporation and concentration process of the black liquor, the supporting regulating valves can precisely adjust the flow rate of the black liquor according to parameters such as the liquid level and temperature in the evaporator, ensuring the efficient operation of the evaporation system, realizing the effective recovery of alkali and heat energy in the black liquor, reducing production costs, and reducing environmental pollution.
II. Papermaking Stage
Flow Regulation of the White Water Recycling System: The recycling of white water is an important measure for water conservation and cost reduction in the papermaking industry. The flow regulating valves of AnyTorK in the white water recycling system accurately distribute the flow rate of white water according to the demand for white water in different parts of the paper machine. In the wire section, an appropriate amount of white water is ensured to be evenly sprayed on the forming wire to promote the uniform distribution of fibers and improve the forming quality of the paper. In the press section and the drying section, the flow rate of white water is adjusted according to the operating status of the equipment for equipment cleaning and cooling, while ensuring the pressure stability of the white water recycling system and maintaining the continuity and stability of the entire papermaking process.
Efficient Operation of the Steam System: In the papermaking process, steam is used in links such as paper drying and heating the drying cylinders. The steam traps of AnyTorK can quickly remove the condensed water in the steam pipelines and the drying cylinders, prevent steam leakage, and ensure the full utilization of steam heat energy. Its advanced drainage structure can adapt to different steam pressure and flow conditions, effectively improving energy utilization efficiency and reducing steam consumption. At the same time, the electric regulating valves are installed on the main steam pipeline. According to the drying degree of the paper and the production speed, the steam flow rate is adjusted in real time, and the temperature of the drying cylinders is precisely controlled to ensure the uniform and consistent drying effect of the paper and avoid quality problems caused by excessive or insufficient drying of the paper.
III. Equipment Maintenance and Safety Assurance
Emergency Cut-off Protection: During the operation of pulp and paper equipment, sudden failures or abnormal situations may occur. The quick cut-off valves of AnyTorK, as key safety protection equipment, can instantly cut off the fluid in the pipeline. For example, in emergency situations such as pipeline rupture and equipment overload, they can quickly cut off the supply of pulp, white water or steam, prevent the expansion of accidents, protect the safety of equipment and personnel, and minimize production losses.
Assistance in Cleaning and Maintenance: When the equipment is regularly cleaned and maintained, various valves and their accessories play an important role. Valves that are easy to operate, such as ball valves, are installed on the branches of the cleaning pipeline, which can conveniently control the flow direction of the cleaning solution to different parts of the equipment, and efficiently clean key components of the paper machine such as the wire section and the press section, remove dirt and impurities, extend the service life of the equipment, maintain the good operating state of the equipment, and ensure the continuity of production and the stability of product quality.
