The FT series pneumatic actuator developed and produced by our company is a curved arm piston actuator. Compressed air drives the piston through the cylinder for linear motion, and then converts the linear motion of the piston into angular rotation motion through the connecting rod and the curved arm. The actuator has high rotation accuracy, small return error and dead zone, and high sensitivity in the control process. At the same time, due to its large output torque range and complete gauge, it is used in the control of angular stroke switch valve, and is a multi-functional actuator that can be applied to almost all angular stroke valves.
● High rotation accuracy: all rotating parts are equipped with high-precision bearings.
● Long service life: aluminum alloy cylinder is selected for the smaller size actuator cylinder, the inner surface is treated with special wear resistance, the piston rod surface is plated with hard chrome after mirror grinding, the piston adopts guide belt guide and double seal design.
● Strong impact resistance: The bending arm adopts integral casting structure, which has high strength, good stability and strong impact ability.
● Flexible and convenient adjustment, large adjustable range: by adjusting the travel adjustment bolts on both sides of the actuator, it is very convenient to adjust the travel of the actuator. Both 0 degree and 90 degree points can be adjusted between plus and minus 10 degrees.
● Good safety performance: the pneumatic single-acting actuator is equipped with a structure to prevent the spring from popping out, making the actuator safer to use.
● Flexible selection, economical and practical: the box and cylinder assembly can be combined according to the torque requirements, so that the output torque level difference is small, the level is many, and the selection is flexible.
● Fast opening and closing: Used with pneumatic components, fast opening or closing can be achieved.
● Variable torque output characteristics, closer to the actual use of the valve process needs: the actuator at the starting point of the output torque is the maximum, beyond the nominal output torque of the actuator, so that the actuator safety factor is higher.
