The ATKV series pneumatic V-type movable hard-sealed regulating ball valve is composed of a double-acting pneumatic actuator, V-type ball valve, valve positioner and other components. It accepts control signals from DCS, QCS, PLC, and disc-mounted regulating instruments such as (4-20MADC) and compares them with the valve position feedback in the positioner. The positioner outputs a pneumatic pressure signal, driving the piston in the pneumatic actuator cylinder to rotate the valve core of the V-type ball valve until it reaches an Angle proportional to the input signal. The change in the position of the valve core alters the cross-sectional area of the ball valve's flow, thereby achieving the purpose of regulation.
