The integrated stem combined with lubricated bronze bushings balances strength and flexibility, while tapered anti-vibration pins and axial thrust bearings significantly reduce operating torque and extend service life. Compatible with wafer/lug-type bodies, multi-material linings (including PTFE), and manual/pneumatic/electric actuation, it ensures easy installation and superior centering performance. Widely applied in demanding scenarios such as chemical processing and water treatment, this valve achieves long-term stable operation through high-efficiency sealing and exceptional corrosion resistance.

● Valve plate seal: the stem hole of the sealing gasket is closely matched with the stem and firmly embedded in the seat, with excellent sealing performance, no leakage phenomenon around the valve stem.

● High precision valve plate: The valve plate is polished, with high precision and good sealing, no leakage phenomenon at the valve stem.
● The shape of the valve plate is accurate, the sealing is good after closure, and there is no interference between the valve stem and the seat, thus ensuring the characteristics of small operating torque and long service life of the seat.
● The valve stem seal is not easily deformed, thus avoiding the usual valve stem leakage phenomenon.
● High precision and strength of the connection key: it is suitable for installing the control handle and for various control devices.
● Lubricated bronze bushing: It supports the stem and is easy to remove the stem from the seat.
● Cone pin: high precision, the stem and the valve plate are connected together with anti-vibration characteristics, and easy to replace.
● With clamp and single clamp type valve body, the valve body is lined with a variety of material seats, including polytetrasene.
