ATKZ series pneumatic through conduit knife gate valveis dedicated to solving specific problems in recirculation and excretion. Its configuration can minimize the impact of the following problems. The seat is covered with a thick layer of special impact alloy layer on the inner diameter and surface to protect it.The gate is made of extremely hard corrosion-resistant alloy.Together they formed an effective, durable scissors, cutting wire, nails and other debris.
● The basic structure is similar to that of a standard knife alarm valve.
● Bidirectional sealing, with two valve seat sealing rings.
● The valve body is longer, and the two valve bodies are fixed by bolt connection.
● The valve body is longer, with its bottom extending outside the valve body. There is a second sealing packing system to ensure the valve's sealing performance.
● The valve is reserved with through holes, whose function is: when the valve is opened, the medium can pass through the through holes smoothly without any stagnant zone.
● When the valve is closed, it can be completely sealed.
The through-type knife gate valve is particularly suitable for the case material outlet of paper mills. The recycled waste paper in the pulp is
wet with a large amount of impurities (such as staples...)
● There is no retention zone on the valve, so it is suitable for loading and unloading chemical equipment such as dryers and reactors.
Even under difficult conditions, the valve can be completely closed.
As there is no retention zone for standard knife alarm valves, there is no product accumulation on the valve seat, ensuring the sealing
performance of the valve.
