ATKB3 Series of Three Eccentric Butterfly Valve, both valve disc and three sealing ring are designed in special three eccentric structure,with characteristics of impact structure,good shut-off performance and long operation life etc, so it has both regulating and shut-off functions;Due to the adoption of the three eccentric structure design, when it is opening and closing, the valve plate and the sealing ring can be quickly disengaged (without friction design), which effectively prevent the seal ring from wearing; The valve seat and the sealing ring adopt the replaceable structure design,allowed client to repair and replace conveniently;Its low torque advantage, can really realize the bidirectional zero leakage, small flow resistance and large rated flow coefficient,which could be widely used to cut off and regulate the processing fluids, such as metallurgy,oil,chemical engineering,electric power,natural gas.
●Shell——The shell is made of ductile iron and is protected by a metal surface. Before the actuator is coated with a topcoat, it must undergo intermediate coating protection treatment, which has strong corrosion resistance and a protection level of IP66, NEMA4, and 6.
●Electric Machine——Adopting a fully enclosed squirrel cage motor with small size, high torque, low inertia force, insulation level of F, and built-in overheat protection switch to prevent motor damage caused by overheating.
●Motor Protection——To protect the motor from overheating, thermal switches are installed in each winding of three-phase or single-phase motors. By intervening them in the control circuit, it can prevent damage to the motor caused by overheating of the winding temperature. Thermal switches can provide better protection compared to thermal overload relays because the temperature sensing element is located inside the motor. Once the temperature of a certain winding exceeds 120 ℃, the thermal switch will cut off the control power supply. When the winding temperature drops to 90 ℃, the motor will restart. Motor protection devices (such as overheat protection switches or electric heating regulators) participate in external wiring control.
●Valve Control——The traditional potentiometer testing valve position has been eliminated, and a magnetic induction absolute encoder has been adopted to provide position accuracy, and the valve position can be accurately and reliably recorded without the need for a battery when the actuator is powered off.
●Infrared Setting——Through a sealed indicator window, the actuator can be fully set and diagnosed without the need to open the electrical box cover on site to expose the internal control circuit. The effective dialogue distance between the setter and the window is 1-1.5 meters (customizable dialogue distance can reach 3-4 meters).
●Torque Switch——Overload protection can be provided , which automatically disconnects the motor power supply in case of valve jamming or foreign objects, effectively protecting the valve and electric actuator from damage. 
●Self-locking——The precision worm gear mechanism can efficiently transmit large torque, with high efficiency, low noise (up to 50 decibels), long service life, and self-locking function to prevent reverse rotation. The transmission part is stable and reliable, without the need for refueling.
●Mounting——The bottom installation dimensions comply with the IS05211 international standard, and the drive shaft sleeve can be removed for processing as needed, with good compatibility. It can be installed vertically or horizontally.
